American Township is located in Renukapur, falling under the jurisdiction of Badangpet Municipality. the layout has a provision for 420 villas out of which around 100 villas are currently constructed.

residents came together initially in 2018 with an intention to upkeep the supply of water and make repairs which slowly grew to become an association in 2019. ever since many activities are being undertaken to maintain basic services for the residents and form a united front to deal with the pending issues by developer and coordinate with the authorities so that basic services are available to all residents in the township while maintain peace and harmony.
