  • Setting up of street lights on majority of roads
  • reduction of utility charges by engaging authorities (transfer)
  • 24x7 Security manning the main gate
  • digitization of financial records
  • Engaging authorities for resolution of long pending issues
  • regular water distribution and maintenance of borewells, overhead tank and supply lines
  • Securing electrical supply, maintenance of transformers
  • maintaining the Sewer system and periodic disposal of waste from sewage tank
  • Digging of trench in areas not having compound walls surrounding the township to block free movement of animals and people
  • restrict movement of aliens to maintain privacy of residents
  • formation of new executive body for quick decision making
  • Updation of By-Laws to equip the association to enforce rules & regulations

numerous issues lie before the association and efforts are being made for resolution of these long standing and complicated situations

Maintenance contribution
not all residents, owners are contributing towards maintenance charges. this has become an increasing issue though the services provided are enjoyed at the expense of the rest. steps are formulated to an extent of disconnection of utilities for the defaulters
Enhancing Security
implementation of Security management system is in progress to ensure the safety and security of the residents and stop unauthorized access.
Amenities
since 2018 builder has not provided amenities. furthermore common areas such as parks, tennis court, swimming pool are sold. plan is being formed to engage the builder so that these are available to the residents and owners. legal means are also being pursued
Approach Road
there is no proper access road and the one being used is under dispute, impossible to commute. legal counsel is engaged and we were successful to block the interim Court order. team is engaged on multiple fronts (Builder, administration, legal) and expecting a resolution at earliest
Krishna Water
authorities have been engaged, survey is complete. funds have been allocated by the administration. krishna water supply shall be available at the earliest. we are in constant followup.
Sewer Lines
today we rely on inhouse septic tank for storage of waste. efforts are underway to get a proper sewage line from the authorities
Community APP
Owners database non existent, due to free movement & no handover from builder. there was no possibility to keep track. efforts underway to implement My Gate application for mandatory registrations, payments, visitor movement & unified messaging
Internal Roads
Approach road, Krishna water supply & sewer lines are a priority. after which we shall focus on laying of good BT roads internally
