 - Required to produce identity proof

- Security should be informed about the destination

- Resident / Owner should permit entry by informing security

- logging of details in Security register mandatory

- trespassers are strictly prohibited

- In/Out time to be recorded


Real Estate agents

- Real-Estate agents need to register with association

- right off entry only upon registration

- Owner authorization mandatory for registration

- copy of sale deed / registration certificate mandatory to 

   establish proof of ownership, authorization

- timings Monday - Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm

- no agent allowed on sundays


Owners

- Mandatory registration of house/plot, leasing with association

- compliance with the By-Laws

- Payment of maintenance timely

- attend meetings

- participate in community development

- renting for commercial activities strictly prohibited

- pets should not be left unattended

- mess created by pets should be cleaned immediately

- wandering of pets on roads, common areas is not allowed

- maintain harmony, do not create nuisance for others

tenants

- registration with the association mandatory

- Comply with the rules and regulations

- all tenants to pay maintenance timely

- renting for commercial activities strictly prohibited

- loud music, causing discomfort to neighbors and other

    residents is prohibited

- inform security of any visitor, authorization mandatory

- Pets should not be left unattended

- mess created by pets should be cleaned immediately

- Maintain harmony, do not create nuisance for others

sale/Purchase, Construction

- any Sale / Purchase informing association is mandatory

- No Objection from association for any sale transactions mandatory

- Construction of new houses to comply with elevation norms

- Building permission mandatory for any new constructions

- Inconvenience fee should be paid to the association for all new constructions / renovation activities

- any damages caused to roads, common areas should repaired by the person responsible i.e owner
